• Each of which have been tailored to suit different needs and will help safely guide you through the process of relocating, renting, investing in, or buying Georgian property.

• These services are supported and backed through our business club services, which will help you in many facets of everyday life in Georgia.

• As many of the agents and/or property owners do not speak English, we can communicate / negotiate with them on your behalf and guide you through any renovations or alterations you might require.

• We will also help you find the right contractors, suppliers, etc.

• As there are costs involved in finding, identifying, communicating, travelling and setting up legal documentation, we charge for these services and expect our clients to accept our sole agency agreement.

• Please Note: Any and all property deals offered to our clients by any property owner or agency must be brokered by Georgia-Connect, as stated in terms of our Sole-Agency Brokerage Agreement, which you need to agree to and sign.

• This Sole Agency Agreement, basically ties you to Georgia-Connect for the period of 1 year and states that any property you purchase in Georgia (during that year), will be done through Georgia-Connect with agreed to fees and commissions. This way we are assured we are not wasting our time and you can be sure that we will provide you with the best possible service.

(Residential or Commercial)

Rental Set-Up and Contract Fee = $350- $550 (R4,500 - R7,500)

This Includes:

• Property Research & Advice - (client specific).

• We will guide you and advise you as to the type of business or residence you are wanting to establish.

• Provide a large list of potential properties to rent and work with you on any properties you have found.

• We will set up viewing appointments and have an agent / translator to help you communicate with the owner or renter of the properties.

• Help you set up your electricity account, tel, internet and other utility accounts & services.

• Utility Account - direct payments set-up (App/s connected to bank account)

• Set up your property lease contract with the owner/renter.

• Legal translation of all documents and have them legally certified.

  
  

2. Delayed Transfer Purchase

• Residential or Commercial

• Agency Set-Up Fee - $500 - $1000 (R7,000 - R14,000)

• Dependent on the contract complexity and property value

This Includes:

• Research & Advice - (client specific).

• We will guide you and advise you as to the type of business or residence you are wanting to establish.

• Provide a large list of potential properties to purchase on an option to purchase basis.

• We will set up viewing appointments and have an agent / translator to help you communicate and negotiate with the owner of the properties.

• Help you set up your utility accounts & services - bank accounts - register your company if required.

• Utility Account - direct payments set-up

• Set up your property purchase contract with the owner/agent.

• Deposit will be based on property value and/or agreed to purchase price brokered with the property owner.

• We undertake to:

  • Provide a property survey and evaluation.

  • Title Research - Ensure all properties have a clear ownership title (certified) & free of any liens, etc.

  • To have the agreed sales contract terms drawn up by our attorneys.

  • Have the contracts legally certified and the property registered in your name once full and final payment for the property has been made to the seller, as per contract terms.

  • Provide legal translation of all documents and have them certified.
