Our retirement apartments are specifically chosen for their location, immediate facilities, proximity to shops, services, malls and the board walk and parks.
Not everyone wants to live in a high-rise building. We also have du-plexes and residential homes available. Contact us to find the perfect space for you

The retirement apartment clusters are located all on the same floor of various new buildings.

As we have many apartments in many buildings in Batumi which we rent out for private owners and corporate conglomerates - both for long and short terms - You can choose the building and the apartment you like most.
All apartments have parking within the complex with security gates.

If you want to lock in your term rental cost in South Africa, you can pre-pay for the entire contract term and receive a 5% discount, if paying in South Africa.
Payments made in Georgia are only accepted in USD and are normally made on the 1st of every month.
Apartment rental costs, vary according to the term-length of your lease.
All leases require 1st month , Last month and 1 month Deposit.
