Property Rental and Initial Relocation Service ($350 - once off)

Here we help you find and rent a property (including property viewing) alng with rental contracts and we help you setup you utility accounts, bank account and telephone account. We preregister you for immigration and setup your initial hotel stay along with picking you up from the airport. We also organize your travel and standard medical insurance and can help you buy and register a car and get it insured. This also enables you to access our Business Club Services.

Property Purchase and Business Start-Up ($1000 - once off)

In this package we will help you find your property, or business for sale, including 5 days of property viewing, Bank account set up, Company registration advice, Corporate accountant introduction, immigration attorney introduction, Telephone, internet /utility accounts and payment set up. This also enables you to access our Business Club Services. Here we work with you to identify the property or business you require within your parameters and will complete all due-diligence necessary to your requirements.

To gain access to the Business Club Services you need to be a member of our Business Club - All memberships are covered under our NC-NDA (Non-Circumvent - Non-Disclosure Agreements) for both your and our protection.

How We Do It

Relocating to any country is always difficult, time consuming and mistakes can be expensive. The concept behind Georgia-Connect is to connect like minded people and network their resources.

• We use local Georgian partner services as well as other South Africans who are contracted to us to make sure that the job is done right, on time and in the manner you expect.

• Once we have identified what you want to do, what you require and what your budget is… we can work out a program with you - that best suits you.

• Everything we do is “in-house” meaning the “Buck” stops here!

• We take full responsibility and control of the services we provide.

• For services we cannot or will not provide, we will recommend local affiliates who will be able to assist you.

As there are costs involved in research, evaluation, communication, travelling and legal liaison and documentation, we charge for our services up front - Many of our services are covered in the Business Club membership but certain specific tasks are billed and quoted individually.
